Cannot Extract BACS file as FPS sent

Learn what to do if you have sent my FPS (Full Payment Submission), but had not extracted your BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing Services) and now you cannot extract it.

Please contact us via the MyAccess portal and provide full details as to the specific employer.

We will need to move your FPS back to the outbox for you so that you can extract your BACS file.

Once extracted, we will need to move the FPS back to the sent items. This is not something that you can do within the application, you will need our assistance.
