It s very straightforward to remove the app levy allowance where it has been incorrectly applied.

Click Setup and then select Employer Maintenance.

Select PAYE Online tab and change the allowance over ride value to 0.01.

2. Select PAYE Online tab and change the allowance over ride value to 0.01.
3. Click Exit.

You should now be able to re-calculate the HMRC remittance with the correct APP levy due being displayed.
