You can enable the tick box required to activate 2024 by adding the function code HR2024. This is documented in page 26 of the <a href="https://accessgroup.my.site.com/Support/s/article/Access-Pay-Bill-2024-WTR-reforms" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">2024 WTR Reforms</a> release notes.
