Force Main Recalc or Force SSP Recalc error

In this article, we explain the process you need to follow to resolve the Force Main Recalc or Force SSP Recalc errors.

If you're getting an error; the Worker must be recalc'd after sending the FPS and cannot proceed with Period Close:

  • My Error states Force Main Recalc required.

  • My Error states SSP Recalc required.

Please contact us via the MyAccess portal and provide details as to the specific employer and worker and reference the title of this article.

If you have a Force Main recalc error, you must remove the update you've added, and we can then remove the Force Main Recalc flag for you.

If your error is of the SSP recalc, and you're requested by Support to recalc the statutory calculation after an error such as this, please ensure that you run the stat calc for this one worker only (put them in the from and to worker boxes) and then run a main calc for that worker only after the SSP Recalc.
