Overriding Purging Lock, Period Close Lock or Invoice Generation Lock

This article explains what to do if you get a message saying one of the following processes are already running: - Purging, - Period Close, - Invoice Generation.

If you get a message saying one of the above processes are already running, you can override by:

  1. Click Admin Menu. Then either click one of:

    • Override Purging Lock.

    • Override Invoice Generation Lock.

    • Override Period Close Lock.

  2. This will firstly confirm that this process is in progress, to unlock the process, click Unlock.
