Understanding Cyclical Pension Dates

Learn about pension cyclical dates and what they are used for.

Written by Terence Cassidy

In the Cyclical Re-Enrolment dates you will see the following 4 dates:

  • Suggested Re-Enrol date.

  • Latest Re-Enrol date.

  • Earliest Re-Enrol date.

  • Actual Re-Enrol date.

These mean the following:

  • Suggested is simply that - a suggestion of when you should run it. This can effectively be ignored.

  • Latest is the pension providers limit on when this should be done.

  • Earliest is the pension providers advice on the earliest time that this can be done.

  • Actual Re-Enroll date is the date that the system will actually perform the cyclical re-enrollment.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note:

  • The actual date can be modified by yourselves providing it has not passed.

  • The actual date is based upon calendar date, not the period that the date falls in to.
