It is simple and straightforward o locate this as it can be viewed within PAYE Form Enquiry.
To view this:
Click Workers and then click Movements.
Click Paye Form Enquiry and enter worker ref.
Find the entry called SL1.
To view SL1 form: Click into the Form column for the SL1 form in question.
Then either press F5 or double click to view form.
