The answer depends on where you are in the process.
Holding timesheets from payroll for Umbrellas is all down to timing.
If you validate the timesheet and then decide you want to hold it from payroll, you can.
If however you calc the timesheet you can no longer hold it.
This can cause confusion because all other types of workers can be held right up until last main calc.
The reason for this is that you do not pay the umbrella directly. You have the option not to calc the timesheet but you cannot decide to hold from payroll once you have calcād. If the timesheet really cannot or should not be paid and you calc'd it in error then you will need to zeroise the timesheet and recalc it.;
