Hosted whitelisting/firewall request

Learn what to do if, as a hosted customer, you would like to request a server to be whitelisted or a firewall rule to be added/amended.

Please contact us via the MyAccess portal and include the following details :

  • Article Title.

  • Source Hostname.

  • Source IP.

  • Destination Hostname.

  • Destination IP.

  • Destination Ports & Protocols Required.

  • Is the requested protocol encrypted?

  • Product or Service this request relates to?

  • Reason firewall rule is required (e.g. they have moved to another SFTP).

  • Any other information? (e.g. Source/Destination subnet).

Please note that with the exception of the last line, all fields are mandatory. Failure to provide all requested information will delay your request being submitted to Cloud Hosting Services.
