Hosted - New user required on Citrix or access needs to be revoked for a user

This article explains how Access hosted customers can request to add a new user to their Citrix environment, or revoke access for a user.

Please contact us via the MyAccess portal and include the following details :

  • Name of new user(s) or user(s) to be removed.

  • Email address of user(s).

  • Template account to mirror access rights from (username or email address).

  • If no existing user exists with the required permissions, please specify which applications and/or resources they require access to.
