If workers are submitting timesheets through the front office portals, then calendars will need to be created within Access Pay & Bill.
The reason for this is so that the front office system knows which timesheet period to post it into.
To create a timesheet calendar:
Click Timesheets Menu and then select Create Timesheet Periods.
Keep the Timesheet Frequency as default unless advised otherwise and populate the following fields:
Timesheet period year: The year to create a calendar for.
Periods to start creating from: The period to create the calendar from.
No. of Periods: The number of periods in the calendar year.
Period Length: The length of each period.
First Period End Date: The end date of the first period.
Click Create Periods.
