Create your timesheet calendars

This article explains how to set up timesheet calendars.

If workers are submitting timesheets through the front office portals, then calendars will need to be created within Access Pay & Bill.
The reason for this is so that the front office system knows which timesheet period to post it into.

To create a timesheet calendar:

  • Click Timesheets Menu and then select Create Timesheet Periods.

  • Keep the Timesheet Frequency as default unless advised otherwise and populate the following fields:

    • Timesheet period year: The year to create a calendar for.

    • Periods to start creating from: The period to create the calendar from.

    • No. of Periods: The number of periods in the calendar year.

    • Period Length: The length of each period.

    • First Period End Date: The end date of the first period.

  • Click Create Periods.
