To ascertain why timesheets are not being created follow the steps below:

The worker has online timesheets flagged.

The worker has no records within Web Worker Enquiry. If the worker has a record in web worker enquiry and it is not online, you must remove the record via F3 function.

- The worker has a live assignment.
- The worker has online timesheets flagged.
- The worker has no records within Web Worker Enquiry. If the worker has a record in web worker enquiry and it is not online, you must remove the record via F3 function.

You should then be able to create a timesheet.
