Delete a timesheet that hasn't been paid

Learn the steps needed to delete a timesheet that hasn't been paid.

Quickly remove an unprocessed timesheet to keep your records accurate and avoid incorrect payments or invoices.

If the timesheet hasn't been paid and invoiced you're able to delete the timesheet. Please follow these steps to delete the timesheet:

  1. Click Timesheets then click Timesheet Search.

  2. Search for the Timesheet then click Maintain on Timesheet.

  3. Press F3 then click Yes to confirm you want to delete the timesheet.
