Delete a holiday request

Learn what you need to do if you need to delete a holiday request for worker.

If the holiday is for a future date or in period/session you can delete it.

⚠️ Important: If the holiday has already been taken and paid it cannot be deleted.

Follow these steps to remove the holiday request:

  1. Click Workers and then select Payroll Details.

  2. Select Worker WTR Details Maintenance.

  3. Find Worker in Worker Box and click Holiday Pay History Tab.

  4. Select line with holiday request and click Edit Holiday Pay.

  5. In the Hour Holiday Requested box put in 0.

  6. Press OK.

Now when you run main calculation in the period the holiday was requested, no payments will be made for holiday pay and the holiday entitlements will remain untouched.

📌 Note: Any holidays requested after this reversal will still be processed as normal and reflect on the entitlement balance.
