You can manually increase a worker's entitlements directly within Pay & Bill if some of your workers are entitled to more holiday than the standard basic and additional allowances, and you don't use Assignments or AWR (Agency Worker's Regulations) tracking.
To override the employer's WTR (Working Time Regulations) parameters for entitlement, follow these instructions:
Click Workers and then click Payroll Details.
Click Workers WTR Details Maintenance.
Enter worker's number in question in the Worker box and then press Tab.
Click Parameters and then press Ctrl+M to enter modify mode.
Click Override Employer Parameters.
Enter new Basic and Additional entitlements for the worker.
Review, and if satisfied click OK.
The next time the worker accrues holiday it will be based on the new figures:
The overall basic and additional of 28 days will be calculated as usual, irrespective of each other.
Anything above 28 will be calculated as enhanced.
