There's no impact from changing this screen, other than on BTV and Main Calc validation.
This screen will let you decide whether to Warn or Stop various validation on fields. If you increase the timesheet hours, then the system will allow a timesheet to be validated if the hours are up to the number set as Max.
It doesn't have any impact on calculation or data in any other way.
