Superuser access in the Customer Success Portal

Super User access to the Access Support Community enables you to see all calls logged for your company across the whole product range.

In order to gain super user access you must fill in a superuser request form. This is then reviewed by the community support team. They either contact you to confirm your request has been granted, or request further information.
