You can find the weekly import template in the Documents folder of the Pay & Bill install Directory. The file path will be in a similar format to the below :
NetworkPath:\Temp\Pay and Bill\VersionNo\Pay and Bill\VersionNo\Documents
The file should be named : Tempest_Weekly_Import_Layouts.xlsx
This location may not be accessible due to your IT setting restrictions on your profile. If this is the case, you will need to contact your IT team and ask them to either; grant you access, or provide you with a copy of the Weekly Import Template from within the Documents folder.
