Invoice Header and Footer missing on invoice for client

Learn what to do if the invoice header and footer does not appear for some client invoices.

It is easy to check if you have set up Headers and Footers in all the correct areas.

To check if you have a header/footer set in either division or department level follow these steps:

Division

  1. Click Setup and then click Division/Departments.

  2. Click Division Maintenance and then press Ctrl+M to enter modify mode.

  3. Either remove or replace the details under Invoice Header Logo and Invoice Footer Logo.

Department

  1. Click Setup and then click Division/Departments.

  2. Click Department Maintenance and then press Ctrl+M to enter modify mode.

  3. Either remove or replace the details under Invoice Header Logo and Invoice Footer Logo.

You will now need to reprint the invoices for the changes to show.
