It isn't currently possible to reset your own Consultant Portal password. If there are other Admin users who can help, they can reset it for you:
Click Admin Menu and then click Lookup User.
Search for your user.
Next to your user name, click the key icon. This will trigger a password reset email.
If you are the only Admin-level user, please contact us via the MyAccess portal and reference the title of this article and include your user name.
