This is very straightforward to do and there are two options to check if an invoice has been printed.
Option 1
For when you can't print an individual invoice, check Invoice Enquiry. Has it been printed previously? If so, select the Reprint option to print.

To use this method:
Click Invoicing, then click Invoicing Enquiry.
Search for the invoice number.
Option 2
To check if it's been printed, try to view the invoice in the Invoice Search screen.

To use this method:
Select Invoicing, then click Invoice Search.
Double-click the Invoice From/To option.
Access Pay & Bill displays a list of invoices and shows if they were flagged as printed or not. You can also use the Unprinted Invoice Enquiry, as it shows you all the Invoices that weren't included in the Invoice Print run.
