Worker receiving massive tax rebate after tax code change

Learn what to do if, after applying a tax code change to a worker, the worker has received a substantial tax rebate.

Written by Terence Cassidy

If the worker had a tax code that had a lower tax free allowance, compared to the new tax code. The system will re-calculate timesheets with that new tax code, if it is being applied to previous timesheets that were taxed on the old tax code, then the system will calculate what tax should have been paid, and more than likely the worker will be due a rebate.
