Produce or reprint P60s

This article explains how to produce or reprint P60s from the Payroll menu.

A P60 contains your employee's total pay and deductions for the year. You need to give all employees on your payroll who are working for you on 5 April, the last day of the tax year, a P60. Your employees must have their P60s by 31 May.

You can produce P60s and reprint them at a later date. You may need to reprint physical P60 documents if there was an issue during the initial run, for example.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: The option Only Workers Live at End of Year is unchecked by default when selecting Plain Print P60, but checked by default selecting the option Email P60.


Produce P60s

To produce your P60s, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Payroll, then click Year End.

  2. Select P60 Procedures.

  3. Run the Quality Standard Check with the desired Worker Range and Print Option.

    • If any issues arise resolve them at this point.

  4. Select the desired operation: Plain Print P60 for printed P60s or Email P60 for electronic P60s.

  5. Click Start.


Reprint P60s

To reprint P60s please follow the below steps:

  1. Click Payroll, then click Year End.

  2. Select P60 Procedures.

  3. From the Operation list, select Plain Print P60 for printed P60s or Email P60 for electronic P60s.

  4. If applicable, use the Worker, Division, or Department filters to limit which P60s are printed.

  5. Ensure the check box is filled for Re-print P60s, and click Start.
