Getting an invalid tax code error? Here's how to fix it.
If you see an invalid tax code error when running your QSV, don't worry, it's a quick fix. You'll just need to add a missing tax code for the affected worker.
📌 Note: QSV stands for Quality Service Value - a Quality Standard Check
Follow these steps to resolve it:
Click Workers and select Payroll Details.
Click Totals, then click P14 Details Maintenance.
Look for the Last Tax Code Used field - this will be empty, which is causing the error.
Press Ctrl+M to enter edit mode, then type in the correct last tax code used.
Once saved, you should be able to run your QSV without the error.
