Setting up electronic P45s is easy to do - refer to the detailed eplanation document for more information.
You may need to contact us via the MyAccess portal if you don't have the SMS Messaging and SMS Trigger tab on the Employer Maintenance screen..
To check if you have the roles, please follow the below instructions to view your existing roles:
Click Help then click About Access Pay and Bill.
Click System tab and then click Roles.
Scroll through Rights and check if you have both : SMS Messaging and SMS Rights.
Alternatively, click Output to output roles into a .csv file.
