The settings for your apprenticeship levy are found on the PAYE Online tab of the Employer Maintenance screen. The default is for the full allowance to be applied.
⚠️ Important: The default value of 0.00 means there is no override and the full allowance will be applied. To set the allowance to zero, use 0.01 as the override value.
Click the Setup menu, and select Employer Maintenance.
Click on the PAYE Online tab and press Ctrl+M to enter modify mode.
Change the Allowance Override Value to the desired value.
