Delete an Online timesheet

Lear how to remove a non-worked online timesheet.

Online timesheets which have not been completed, but may have been created in error, can be deleted in Pay and Bill:

  1. Click Timesheets and select Delete Null STi Timesheets.

  2. Complete the fields as appropriate and click Start.

  3. To allow you to preview which timesheets will be deleted, by default, Action will default to Preview Deletable.

  4. To proceed with the deletion, change this to Delete and click Start.

If this does not work, for example, if the timesheet has been rejected by the Approver, the deletion can only be done by support, therefore please contact us via the MyAccess portal and reference the title of this article.
