Finding out why the logo is not printing out on payslips is not difficult to do.
The most common reasons the logo is not visible on a payslip include the following:
The folder that the logo is saved in is not accessible by Pay & Bill.
Your user profile cannot access the location of the saved logo.
The path specified no longer exists.
The image has been removed or has been renamed etc.
Using a non supported document type such as SVG.
To see which is the case, follow these steps:
Click Setup and then select Employer Maintenance.
Select Details 4 and copy path in Payslip Logo Path.
Copy path into windows explorer address bar.
You should be presented with an error message. We would recommend you speak to your IT department and review the error message, to be able to restore your logo to payslips, or specify an alternate path for where the image is saved for Pay & Bill to reference for the next time you are printing payslips.
