You can reset your password at the following link then:
Click Forgot Password then enter your Username.
Select SAFEEAAS in the domain dropdown.
If you're unable to use the above link, please visit the self-service portal then:
Click Forgot Password then enter your Username.
Select your Domain from the drop-down then complete Captcha.
